A Mobile Device in Techs’ Tool Belts
Our technicians use the ServiceTrade mobile application to get their schedule, to confirm the appointment, and to clock-in and clock-out of each service call. Mobile devices are also data collection tools for photos, videos, audio notes, and digital comments so technicians can document what they did and what they discovered.
We’ve gone paperless, replacing old-fashioned paper forms with rich, online job summaries to share all of this information with you.
Avoid Compliance Issues
After the inspection, our customers sign a work acknowledgement report on the technician’s tablet that contains the complete set of documents, photos, and notes. This service history is summarized in a report that we email to our customers and store in ServiceTrade for future reference and to document your compliance with state and local fire and building codes.
Proactive Facility Management
When our technicians inspect your systems and find deficiencies, we immediately send online eQuotes for the required repairs. ServiceTrade includes photos directly on the quote so you can see the issues, giving you the opportunity to review and approve it immediately with the click of a button. Once approved, the quote turns into a job that we will schedule with you.
